Utility Allowances

APC can create, review, or update your Utility Allowances for your HQS properties. APC can conduct a review of utility cost changes from the previous year to the current year and evaluate the effects on the resident�s energy usage. We can complete the standard HUD Form 52667 and create an updated table of utility allowances per unit type for each property and a collection of documentation for supporting the changes.
