The Pass/Fail letter lists deficiencies with detailed information pertaining to the property that as inspected. It can also provide space for a re-inspect, abatement, and termination date. The software contains over 400 deficiency items to choose from. A "Tenant Caused" column is provided allowing a deficiency to be noted as the resident's responsibility to repair.
